In 2007, when the last bottle of vodka left the production line of the Warsaw Vodka Factory Koneser in the Praga district, it seemed that the Koneser brand had gone down in history. However, it was revived by Jarosław Nowociel, but not in Warsaw, but in Warka, located on the edge of the picturesque Pilica valley – an ecological Natura 2000 protected area. The company’s area is occupied by a production hall with a water treatment plant. spirit tanks, a product assembly room and office space. Our factory uses the latest technologies to produce the highest quality alcohol products. The alcohol production process is supervised and monitored at each production stage using the latest equipment and technology. For vodka aging, we use stainless steel tanks that meet the highest quality standards and world standards. All koneser products are tested and certified. We are faithful to the principle of using only the highest standards, to which we are somewhat obliged by the 125-year history of our brand. We use only selected rectified spirit supplied by selected and trusted suppliers. Each batch of spirit is thoroughly analysed, tasted and only after a positive quality assessment is unloaded into two storage tanks.

For production, we mainly use rectified cereals of domestic production. We do not use any GMO raw materials.

In our company, we combine the memory of history – traditional recipes, local specificity with modern production technology based on fresh raw materials and excellent quality and innovation that allows us to expand our offer with new, excellent products.

Other alcohol-containing raw materials – macerates, natural fruit concentrates, fruit spirits and distillates are used only after careful examination. Qualitative tests are carried out in the company’s laboratory. Water for production comes from the most modern and fully automatic water treatment plant, which guarantees that the water used for production is thoroughly filtered and has the highest possible quality parameters.
The mixing of vodkas, i.e. the mixing of ingredients, takes place in mixing machines equipped with mechanical stirrers.

Dosing of water and alcohol is done automatically with the proverbial pharmacy precision. The amounts of added ingredients, the order of dosing and mixing are strictly defined in the product recipes, which are based on many years of tradition and experience.
The production, although automatic, is therefore based on traditional recipes that have been used in Koneser in Warsaw for years.
After checking the alcohol strength and other parameters, it is carefully filtered in candle filters and pumped to pressure tanks, where the aging process, important for the final taste, takes place.
After the aging time strictly defined by the recipe, the alcohol is checked again in terms of quality and tasted with great enthusiasm, and after approval, it is gravitationally sent to bottling.
Before pouring into the bottle, our alcohols are filtered once more, and then they go to bottles rinsed with osmotic water on automatic vacuum monoblocks. Immediately after filling, the bottles are closed with aluminum or plastic caps or corks. then labeled and banded on automatic labeling machines.
